Book purchases are not refundable unless damaged in transit. In those circumstances we will replace the merchandise. All other merchandise is eligible for return or exchange unless the item was listed as a final sale or clearance item.
Publishing service prices are listed based on their base a la cart price. We will always be open to working with our offers to create custom packages and provide higher levels of engagement based on their need and experience levels.
